The Challenge.
In our collaborative efforts managing the Maah TV project and engaging in discussions with business owners, a pivotal realization emerged. Acknowledging the presence of numerous competitors within the same satellite landscape, we recognized the imperative need for a distinctive marketing strategy. The goal was to set Maah TV apart from its rivals, enticing and maintaining audience interest. The challenge lay in navigating the landscape where viewer attention is dispersed across various channels, making the capture and retention of viewers a complex process.

The Goal.
My team and I set out to boost the channel’s brand awareness. We kept a close eye on the most captivating entertainment content, crafting engaging advertisements to entice viewers to tune in. Our goal was to position the channel as a premier destination for all Iranian nationals, becoming one of their top go-to Persian channels
My Role.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, my role involved implementing, overseeing, and managing our comprehensive digital marketing strategies. I aimed to enhance efficiency and foster active participation from all team members in our ongoing strategies.
I was tasked with planning diverse digital marketing campaigns, covering web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Additionally, I managed our social media presence across all digital channels and diligently measured and reported on the performance of each digital marketing campaign.
Competitive Analysis
I researched and dissected market trends and other TV channels which were broadcasting similar programs and keeping a close eye on all competitors to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
This allowed us to fine-tune our strategies for optimal performance in the ever-evolving landscape of satellite television
Lead Generation
Lead generation was another crucial facet of my role. Leveraging a multi-channel approach, I spearheaded initiatives that significantly increased the channel's audience base. From targeted social media campaigns to strategic partnerships, our goal was to not just attract viewers but to convert them into engaged and loyal followers

Data analytics formed the backbone of our decision-making process. I delved into comprehensive data sets to extract actionable insights, enabling us to refine our strategies and allocate resources effectively. In spearheading this dynamic team for satellite telecommunications at a TV channel, my initial approach would focus on fostering collaboration and synergy among the diverse roles. We kicked off the project by gathering the team for a dynamic brainstorming session. Together, we delved into in-depth discussions about strategies and assessed the unique strengths of each team member. The aim was to tailor a plan that seamlessly aligned with the client's goals and objectives. Factoring in the budget constraints, we went beyond just sharing ideas—we dived into a collaborative effort to maximize the impact of these strategies. We actively exchanged opinions on where to strategically allocate the budget for optimal results. To ensure everyone was on the same page, each team member presented their comprehensive analysis, outlining how they could contribute to the overall success of the project. Automated Email Marketing Campaign Setup

At Maah TV, The overarching goal was to amplify audience engagement and channel subscriptions, and my role as the Digital Marketing Manager to strategize and create a performance-driven approach, we zeroed in on setting up a automated email marketing campaign using MailChimp. Our strategy revolved around dissecting the audience into segments based on preferences and behavior, ensuring that our messages were tailored and resonant. We crafted compelling, personalized content enriched with engaging visuals, strategically placing calls-to-action based on the programs our audience were interested in. I implemented a Seamless integration of MailChimp to ensure a well-oiled and timely delivery system. The results were a resulted in a substantial surge in subscribers and heightened viewer interaction.
Here are the key elements i prioritized when setting up the automated email marketing campaign for the Maah TV project:
Audience Segmentation: I created few audience segmentation based on preferences and behavior of the user and viewers to tailor our messages effectively.
Personalized Content: By analyzing viewers sentiment and interests i have created personalized messages for stages of email dripping campaigns to increase the engagement and viewers loyalty
Engaging Visuals: We leveraged captivating visuals mostly based on what users been showing interest in to enhance the appeal of our emails and make the content more visually stimulating.
Strategic Calls-to-Action: Placing strategic calls-to-action (CTAs) at the right points in our emails ensured a clear path for the audience to engage and subscribe. Most of this CTA were aiming to encourage the viewers to sign ups for the newsletter and also exploring more similar shows broadcasted in Maah TV

Social Media Management
Focusing specifically on Maah TV Instagram, My role was in conceptualizing and executing an impactful social media strategy to promote the channel's programs. My responsibilities extended to coordinating the team's efforts specially graphic designers, video editor and social media manager in creating visually appealing graphics, engaging videos, and compelling content aimed at capturing the audience's attention. Moreover, I implemented a planned content calendar using Hootsuite, ensuring a consistent and well-timed presence on the platform. In terms of analytics, I delved into data insights to discern effective strategies. Experimentation with posting times, content formats, and engagement tactics to understand what is working on getting Maah Tv's viewers attention and to find out what type of programs are getting interactions (Likes, Comments) from followers.
The primary goal of our Instagram presence was to enhance the visibility of Maah TV's programs and increase the number of followers. This involved crafting visually captivating graphics and compelling content to generate interest and engagement. Additionally, we aimed to discern which programs garnered the highest interactions. By doing so, we provided valuable data to stakeholders, empowering them to make informed, data-driven decisions to boost viewership numbers effectively.
